Regular Foot Care Every 2-8 weeks

Description
Advanced Clinical Assessment & Restorative Foot Care Expert foot care. Delivered to you. Medifoot provides professional mobile nursing foot care delivered safely in the comfort of your home. Our approach is clinical and health-focused, prioritizing prevention, safety, comfort, and long-term foot wellness. This comprehensive visit is designed for clients who require more than routine maintenance. It is ideal for individuals experiencing thickened or difficult-to-manage nails, suspected fungal changes, corns, calluses, cracked heels, pressure-related discomfort, or ongoing foot concerns requiring nursing oversight. Each appointment begins with a thorough medical and foot health review, followed by a detailed nursing assessment of skin integrity, nail condition, circulation, structure, gait, and pressure risk. Where indicated, a Diabetes Canada Foot Risk Assessment may be completed at the initial visit. Treatment MAY include advanced nail reduction (including thickened or fungal-appearing nails), clinical reduction of corns and calluses, and the application of targeted medical-grade therapeutic products. Footwear guidance, pressure offloading education, and referrals to other healthcare providers are provided when appropriate. Every client receives individualized care planning and home foot care guidance to support ongoing health between visits. High-Complexity / Restorative Care Some clients present with advanced nail thickening, dense debris, or long-standing unmanaged conditions. When additional clinical time, specialized instrumentation, or restorative reduction is required to safely restore comfort and function, a restorative care surcharge may apply. This is assessed professionally and discussed prior to treatment. Up to two clinical concerns may be addressed per visit, depending on complexity and safety considerations. Additional appointments may be recommended when multiple issues require staged care. Medifoot is committed to restoring comfort, protecting mobility, and supporting independence — with skilled nursing care you can trust.
